About Central Hockey

Central Hockey is made up of the district hockey federations in the Central Region from Taranaki in the West to Hawkes Bay in the East.

Members of Central Hockey include Taranaki, Rangitikei, Wanganui, Manawatu, Hawkes Bay, and Horowhenua Hockey Associations.

The Central Hockey region consists of over 7,000 players, including our 4 current New Zealand Black Sticks squad representatives, Kayla Sharland, Emily Naylor, Shea McAleese and Nick Wilson.
