Central Hockey Teams
Central Hockey operates two franchises in the Central Mavericks and the Central Mysticks.
These two regional representative teams fight it out amongst New Zealand's best in the National Hockey League (NHL), run by Hockey New Zealand.
This year's 2011 NHL is conducted in two stages with various regions hosting round one and two with rounds three to seven, including the finals, in Wellington from 6-14th August. .
