No late entries will be accepted

An Umpire Fee of $50.00 is payable per game – Refunded if: prior notice is given that an umpire will attend: umpire attends and umpires teams games.

Turf Fees as indicated are payable per game. Hosting Associations shall invoice Central Hockey for match Turf Fees at the HNZ Tournament Turf Charge Guideline rate. Any balance will be refunded.

Every team entered must complete a separate entry form and each entry must be received by the due date.
